CD Labels and Packaging Design Services
You’ve worked hard and poured your heart into your music. Your art and graphic design should reflect that in every way possible. Your project is important to me too. My goal is to provide a product that you will be thrilled to share and sell – a product that is appealing enough to generate interest when your CD becomes available for sale. Many CDs are seen before they are heard so you need artwork that reflects the character and quality of your musical style.
I recommend you begin by contacting your CD duplication company before deciding on your design services. With a number of CD cases available with a range of quality and cost—including cardboard sleeves, jewel cases, and shell cases—you may make decisions that will impact the kinds of printed material you choose to accompany your CD.
At that point, I will provide a custom quote depending on image choices and number of printed pages. To give you a close idea of what your design services will cost, my base prices are listed below. You might contact Dering.com in Lancaster, PA. Whichever company you choose, I will place your design into their custom templates in order to achieve exact results in printing and cropping.

I care about the quality of your product so I recommend you use images that meet print industry specifications of CMYK images of 300 dpi at finished print dimensions. If you are not sure if your images meet these specs, I will gladly take a look at them and let you know free of charge. If we use client-supplied photos and portraits and client edited and proof-read text

Please be aware that many CD label designs require a base layer of white to be printed on the disk under the final design so that the metallic disc does not show through the light colors. This may add to your production costs and you should consider this when getting printing quotes from your duplicating and printing company.
I look forward to answering any questions you many have. Thank you for your interest in my services.
